The IC3 started since 2000, The Federal Bureau of investigation was the main producer of this great program that helps a lot of people. The IC3 stands for Internet Fraud Complaint Center that helps people who have been victimized by some sort of websites or by including intellectual property rights matters, online extortion, International money laundering, Identity Theft, creating some sort of harm or issues to other on the internet over all. Regardless of what the crime had been committed and reported to the IC3 it would always have something new to deal with. It’s not only about the terms mentioned above but also there numerous more referred matter that can be substantial. Thereupon, The IC3 was already known as the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, it had been renamed in 2003 to be known as the broad character. This was to give an idea of having an Internet, or cyber regarding to the IC3, and to also minimize Internet Fraud from other potentially extending cyber crime.
