These were changes that where affecting me in a more positive manner. Since, I started taking care of my body, more proactively my Intellectual Wellness increased. I became more intuitive and open minded to new ways of learning about certain health risk that can occur due to unhealthy eating habits and not taking care of the body. I began to educate myself more on the issues of health risk and ways to prevent them. Educating others about the health risk and what they can do to also prevent them. For example, exercising more, eating healthier, and reducing the portion size of the food. My Spiritual Wellness was also affected in a positive way, I became happier and a more loving person. I became more in tuned with my spirituality, one with God, becoming spiritually stronger with each progress. For my Physical Wellness, it changed in a positive way. My eating habits has improved and when you start to eat better you start to feel better. I began to have more pep in my steps and because I am aware of the health issues, I am even more dedicated to improve my health by taking it to the next level, which is exercising more often. I’ve realized that I am one with my body and I am starting appreciate the person that I am more and more. As of right now I can say that my Psychological Wellness has been affected in a positive way. I am optimistic at times and goal oriented. Moving on in the future, I can say that I
