As a leader, there are certain characteristics and competencies one must obtain in order to keep up with this ever-changing business. Leadership, communication skills, delivering quality care, strategy, and ethics are a few of characteristics amongst what is necessary to be a successful leader. Having the ability to adapt and create an efficient work environment while taking into account all the changes make for great leadership.
