Gang violence is one of the most talked subjects in this time era, and it is a very dangerous thing that need to be a controlled. In 1992, the United States announced the Safe Streets Violent Crime Initiative, it doesn’t really seem like that’s a thing anymore does it. These are only some of the many few. Gang members could be trying to escape something or a bad home life. Maybe their situation isn’t right or comfortable at home. Maybe the are getting bullied or getting beat up and want to change that by joining a gang. Most of them actually give in and make the wrong decision by joining a gang. Their family members might be in a gang; that would be a hard one to get out of especially if your dad was a gang leader.
