In the criminal justice law, first degree murder is the most serious charge someone could face. First degree murder is when a person plans, thinks and executes a murder. For example, Emily gets out of school earlier, goes straight to her boyfriend's house and happens to find her best friend in a sexual relation with her boyfriend. Emily a week later invites her best friend to a picnic next to the ocean. Emily’s best friends takes her car when getting there Emily shoots her best friend in the face, puts her body in the car and drives the car inside the ocean, killing the best friend becoming a First degree murder case. The three basic elements that make a first degree murder cases is willfulness, deliberation, and premeditation. The term willfulness of a first degree murder must have the specific intent to end a human's life.
