Today, the way to record the memories of the trips has gradually been replace by the photos, which also means that people are starting to record things without any words. Also, people can get the mind by the photo you show them. For example, if you show them the photo of the golden gate bridge, them will understand that you are mentioning San Francisco. We can see that the photos can replace the words during the communication or the stories. With this condition, I do believe that the photography right should be protected under the First Amendment Protection like the speech right is. Some people might disagree with it that the photos will show too much of inappropriate information than the words will. I agree with this that the view of a picture sometime shows the information more clear than the words do, but I do not agree that the way to solve this problem is to not protect the right of photography.
