Evaluating Teacher

Teacher’s truly influence a person’s future. They act as the source of our knowledge.
We learn different things from them than we have learned at home. But how would the teacher know if they are doing an excellent job? If not, what is needed to be changed. Evaluating a teacher is one of the processes for improvement, but we need a criteria to evaluate person’s performance. As I evaluate the performance of my professor, I wouldn’t reveal her name. Because I want to show what kind of skills she had rather than knowing who she is.
First I will start by naming all the classes I have taken from her. Last semester I had Public Speaking, Literature 1, Literature 2, and Writing 101. Currently, I am taking Writing 201. All five classes

Especially choosing tools like books that would help the students what they need to learn.
She chooses an excellent book that the students could use. Students like who is having trouble with my grammar as English is my second language. I found page 777 helps me deal with my problem on basic grammar. Especially, for revising and editing.
Accessibility: This is what I describe the book she chooses. It is not just for college writing only but for anyone having trouble with writing. Explore and you’ll find what you need.
Computer skills: Knowing how to perform computer is an essential skills. This professor knows the basic common knowledge and beyond.
Hard worker: When I was in my Literature course, she will give me a lot of homework as well as assignments, aside from essays and class activities. She manages to correct all the homework and essays and give us the result right away.
Worth of money: Fort Peck Community College is the most affordable college in Montana. Despite low tuition fee and the student still get the same quality of education as higher price

Organizational skills: She has a systematic way of giving the students homework. Very organized, ready for class and it all done in a timely manner.
Noble Profession: She has excellent way of providing knowledge and guidance for the students.
After I mentioned all her distinct characteristics and skills I will give my final evaluation on her. So my overall evaluation to my professor in term of her skills and ability of teaching is excellent. I will give her an A+ for her outstanding performance as a teacher and being dedicated to her job. On the other hand she needs to pay more attention on her health to become more effective as she already is.
She is an inspiring professor. And here is quote for her as she guide and educate the students in Fort Peck Community College.
Aristotle rightly said, “Those who educate the children are more to be honored than they who produce them; for these only gave them life, those the art of living well.”
