As Eva Peron grew up she became strong and determined. She helped many poor people with her campaigns. She also stood up for giving women the right to vote. Evita was born in Los Toldos, Argentina. When Eva was 16 years old she left Los Toldos and went to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to fulfill her dream to become a star.

Eva met Juan. Juan was a politician and a general. After that, he was elected president of Argentina. Before Eva wanted to fulfill her dream to become a star, she worked at a radio station. That is how Evita and Juan met, in 1943. Eva and Juan got married on October 18, 1945. Evita was Juan's second wife. Juan was twice the age of Evita.

You could donate things in need for people, like money, medicine, and food. In 1943, Eva became one of the high paying radio actresses in the country. Evita played in many movies, but they weren't much of a success. Everyone knew her very well. When Eva was born, she was the youngest out of her 5 siblings. Sadly when Evita was born in 1919, her father left her family and went to his legal family. So Eva never saw her father.

Juan got expelled from the government in 1945. Juan's officers put him in jail. One of the officers said that they didn’t want Argentina to fall in Eva's hands. Eva tried and tried to get Juan out of jail, she went door to door asking for help. One day, a huge crowd came and started shouting, "Let Juan out! Let Juan out." The government had no choice, so they let him out. They had lost control of Argentina.

When Juan was released, he instantly became front-runner for the upcoming presidential
