I’ve recently seen the movie Ender’s Game and was not very pleased. Ender’s Game is a military science fiction film. It depicts the life of a 16 year old boy who is offered a chance in Battle school. The movie is based off of a 1985 sci-fi novel Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card. The book is a phenomenon, that as many elements to make it a great story. Apparently Gavin Hood apparently thought different. Gavin Hood is an actor and producer for famous films like X-men Origins: wolverine and Eye in the Sky. He changed many things that I believe made the plot the great piece that it is.

This is such an issue because he isn’t going through emotional changes. I also think that this is a small minor issue but the biggest is that Major Gwen Anderson is rendered as a female in the movie. This is so important because Ender isn't suppose to have someone who supports him he´s meant to feel alone to push the story forward, but apparently Gavin Hood though different. There are a lot of changes that were made to the characters that really impacted the movie and I think these changes made the story less

Ender’s Game features Andrew “Ender” Wiggins as a conflicted, young hero thrown into the life of a hero. His morals and true heroism is questioned by his actions, but also had been forced or tricked into such actions, creating conflict within Ender and the reader’s opinion.
