Stress also causes a person to feel as if his brain is always tired and fatigued think. A stress changes someone’s attitude from one patient to irritability and always complains. Sometimes, a person is also showing feeling worried, upset and crying easily. Uncontrollable stress causes anxiety, sensitivity, depression, insomnia and loss of appetite. Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Stress that has left unchecked can contribute to health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.
Next, Stress can also contribute to the threat of disease to health. When a person experiences stress, a fast heart rate and cause blood pressure to rise. The digestive system also becomes slower and some chemicals in the body is released to the blood coagulate more easily. In addition, faster breathing rate causes the muscles become tense. Furthermore, listen to the song. When we encounter stress, we can listen to songs like nasyid songs, rhythmic songs, and so on. by listening to the song, this will reduce the stress we have. Furthermore, we can also watch a movie with friends or alone. We can watch our favorite story as a love story, Hindi, Korean and so on.
Practice yoga or meditation. What I know yoga is a form of gentle exercise that positively influence the mind and body connect through the using of deep breathing, stretching, and slows but firm movements in a calm atmosphere. We also can take meditation. Meditation involves setting aside time on a regular basis to clear the mind of details and focus on being alerts and calm. Practice meditation for a few minutes each day can help reduce psychological and physical stress level.
