Fast food’s are becoming very popular in America. There are so many effects it can cause to children and adults but nobody even notices. Most people think it 's just good and don’t really care about what it may do. Many people are obese and they still eat a lot of fast food, even with the high risk of getting diabetes . They manipulate people into eating their food so they could get more money. The first effect of fast food is obesity. Many people are becoming overweight and not caring about what they eat. They love the taste of fast food yet they don’t know of the danger it leads to. Fast food is very unhealthy and can cause you to face obesity, “Since 1980, the number of obese children has more than doubled to 16 percent…” (Barboza,pg.38). Many parents are unaware of what they are giving their children. Fast food has become very likeable to children. The outcome is the very high risk of children becoming obese at a very young age because of unhealthy food. They need to start eating healthy food and stop eating fast food. Fast food is addictive and people aren’t making good decisions that could have avoided childhood obesity. They have been eating too much fast food, “They’ve crossed under the golden arches to a likely fate of lifetime obesity”. (Zinczenko,pg 44). The effects are obese, manipulation, and at risk of getting diabetes. Fat foods are bad and unhealthy to eat so we shouldn’t let the children eat fast food. Fast foods are more likely to give children and adults diabetes. Most people don’t really care about if it’s good for them or not. Children and adults most likely get addicted once they get a taste of it. Making unhealthy choices lead to bad outcomes. Just make your life better by making the right choices to keep your body
