On 04/26/17, at 4:55pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 500 Park Road on a dog being held, no known owner. I arrived at the location and met with the complainant who was holding the dog. I had the complainant complete an animal release form. I took possession of the dog and place the dog in my van. I scan the dog for a microchip, and was able to locate a microchip number. I processed the dog, and had Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) Dispatcher B. Grotsky try to find dog owner information. FCACC Dispatcher B. Grotsky provided me dog owner information as Kristin Jones residing at 7911 Sudeley Court. I drove to the location and was met outside by dog owner Ms. Jones. Ms. Jones did not realize her dog got
