On 11/27/16, at 6:40pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 2549 Claridon Road on a dog on dog or cat attack, owner known. I arrived at the location and was met by Blendon Township Police Department (BTPD) Police Officer. The police officer explained that the victim dog was attack by a dog that lived on the next street over. I followed the police officer to the house to talk to victim dog owner. The dog owner stated that her dog was outside using the restroom when a brown and white dog chasing her daughter in law came onto her property and attacked her dog. The victim dog was not injured during the attack. I asked to speak to the daughter in law that was being chased by the dogs. Margaret Sullivan arrived at the above location.
