Most people who go out to eat are spending their hard earned cash and expect to receive the best dining experience in town so the typical "What do you guys want?" probably won 't land you a fat tip or a nice Yelp review in today 's serving industry. As a server, the goal is to make your restaurant stand out by giving your guest a memorable experience that 's going to keep them coming back for many more years. Also the guest you serve pay your bills so you have even more of a reason to build that connection.
