“Dignity in Social Care” is giving respect to individual by promoting and encouraging good practice decision in the health and socially. The concept of “Dignity in Social Care” is to provide well-being and independence by helping with support of tasks. Dignity is understood to be ascribed based on role, position or achievement, on moral integrity, on personal identity, or on the innate, inalienable value as a human being, with these dimensions shaped by the wider social and cultural contexts in which care-related social interaction takes place and in which dignity is enhanced or diminished (Saltus & Elizabeth, 2013). “Dignity in Social Care” has eight factor that are implemented in health care. The eight dignity factors are choice and control, communication, eating and nutritional care, pain management, personal hygiene, practical assistance, privacy, and social inclusion. It is important to understand the implementation of dignity with care of elders due to improvement in quality of care, able to create a sense of self-support, and promotion of pride.
