San Jacinto College it states that the average recommended daily intake of monounsaturated fat is 22 grams, where I had an intake of 27.1 grams. Monounsaturated fat can be good for the heart in moderation and can be found in oils which can be found in the process of cooking ground beef. I had ground beef in my tacos that contributed to my gram intake, and if monounsaturated fat is found in peanut oil, I’m sure that the peanuts I ate as well contributed to my gram intake for monounsaturated fats. I had an excess amount of monounsaturated fats and when it came to fats in general, fats were my highest percentage when it came to my macronutrient calorie intake. Fats were 45% of my calories eaten within the three days, which is not good. It would be best to see my fat percentage at 20-35% according to myfitnesspal.com. When it came to carbs I was at 40%. During the three days 40% of my calories were carbohydrates. Where the recommended amount is 45%-65%. I was in the right range for protein. Protein’s recommended range was 10-35% where my intake of calories was 16%
