In the state like Gujarat, where people are richer than the other state. Societies are made up of posh houses, it is believed that people are more concerned about their houses to be perfect and bagged with all the facilities beyond their needs. People of Gujarat are known for using the goods that feel premium and why not, after all it is one of the developed states of India.

Industry sector of Gujarat is on development as so many infrastructure and housing projects are under construction currently. It is also expected that the growth of export segment of industry.
For very long time, in Gujarat the industry sector has been rich as compared to other regions of India. There were 20,050 factories and 2,56,000 small scale industrial units as on 2001. Currently the cotton textile and non metallic mineral production industry provides employment to 31.46% of the total workers in industry. Gujarat is one of the biggest producer of soda ash, caustic soda and chemical fertilizer. All these industry led to development of necessary infrastructure, machinery and machinery tools production. Other industries like milk and dairy products by ANAND, biggest refinery, huge production of oil and natural gas. Gujarat is a good producer and enjoying a very healthy economy.
