Cardiovascular System and Track & Field Relationship

Running fitness movement and the cardiovascular system very closely. Both interrelated and influence each other. It requires the cardiovascular system transports oxygen and nutrients during exercise, to the muscle tissue. Running regularly participate in the exercise can enhance the function of the cardiovascular system, beneficial to health. Further, improve cardiovascular function, can further stimulate interest in a sport, so that the two can complement each other.
