Does one know the context of a Bystander Murder Effect? It’s when a person or a group of people is less likely to offer help to another person that is in need of it. The Bystander Effect is drawn to people that have a serious issue that causes them not to want to infer with someone that is being murdered, or harmed by any natural occurrences. One will be imposed as long as 8 years if sentenced with a Bystander Murder (Effect.) If one is possible of saving another human being from death, but they don't do anything to help, then they should be charged with a degree of a Bystander Murder.

The couple was sentenced 6 years in a prison for vehicular homicide, but nothing was even on there records for committing a bystander murder. Is this considered a bystander murder? Yes, later evidences show that the men in the other vehicle were still alive , and could of been saved only if the couple would of went to the scene to help them, and call 911. Judge Gale B. Concludes “Guilty First degree vehicular…” So in this case , it looks like the judge just completely looked over that part and convicted them only of vehicular homicide.
