Some people in the United States don’t want to try new foods, then there are people that we call “food tourist” want to try new foods even foods from different countries, if your one of those people that want to try new foods from different countries then one country you should try is Brazilian food. The reason why I say this is not only for the health benefits from it, but it’s only good enjoyable food. Brazilian food comes from a mixture from other countries food because when immigrants arrived to Brazil they brought their food with them, some of the countries that people brought food from were Africa, Lebanon, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and many more to combine for a really good taste in the food.

One meal that is very important is lunch, it usually consist of a significant meal and usually ends with a strong cup of coffee. Dinner is also an important meal in Brazilian culture it usually consists of soup, salads and vegetables, pasta is another common dish for dinner.
