To begin, I have learned everybody fits into the three categories of body types, and some people may fit into all three categories. The categories consist of the ectomorph body type, the mesomorph body type, and finally the endomorph body type. However, I have also learned that regardless of my body type nutrition and a proper nutritional diet is essential to keeping my body healthy and functioning well. My planning a healthy food diet and eating a healthy diet as part of my life style I will gain major benefits.
I found out that there are three basic body types. The first body type is the ectomorph body type that consists of narrow hips, small wrist and ankles, thin build, stringy muscle bellies and also long limbs. The next body type is

I think that I like most people have a combination of all three-body types. I have discovered that regardless of my body type eating healthy is important to me if I want to live long and stay strong.
My having a daily nutritional diet is important to keeping my body healthy, well and functioning well. I know that I will always have to make health food choices each day, because eating well will affect my health, how I will feel the next day and how I will feel in my future as well. When I choose to eat healthy it will control my weight, help to prevent major diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, osteoporosis, and cancer as well. By realizing that there is a link between health and nutrition I have chose eat a healthy life style. In doing so I am protecting myself from major health problems.
Even though I eat healthy meals, exercise and have lost 30 pounds I need to move forward with my progress. Sometimes I just want to eat the bad stuff! For instance, I like eating chocolate and cookies. However, I definitely know being physically active and integrating small changes in my meal plans carries huge benefits for me. Therefore, I choose this route in order to remain healthy, active and physically strong. I know that a balanced meal for me consists of eating whole grains, fruit, vegetables, proteins and dairy products. Below is my three-day food

    After identifying personal health risks, it is important to move forward to find preventative measures to take in order to work toward maintaining health and wellness. As I read over the different preventative measures that have been identified for the personal health risks that I have identified, I noticed many overlapping measures and was pleased to find that I was already implementing many of them.
