Engineering prep has taught me plenty of skills in the world of drafting, but when it comes down to it, I have to think of possible fields that would best fit me or that are available to me through the engineering field. Architecture is one of the most well known fields of engineering. Architects are in charge of several things when talking about their field of work, but when it comes down to it they do one thing and that is design houses. Not always is it just limited to being someone who designs the structure itself, but sometimes interior design as well. Often times architects will be the ones in charge of providing a in depth blueprint of a house or building meaning a small residential house all the way to a sky scrapper. Along with the blueprints, a physical model of the building is made for further reference. When it comes to becoming an architect. The usual requirements is a high school diploma, and a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering. But as the field has become less in demand people who are looking to hire architects are asking for more schooling and experience, increasing the requirements to a Masters degree in architecture. But it is not that simple every architect is required to become an intern and learn the field properly before earning your degree in architecture, this means that as you …show more content…
A mechanical engineer is quite simply someone who works on car engines and mechanics. Most people think that when you are an "Engineer" (short for mechanical engineer) that you only work on engines and repairing them, but this is not true.
