Basketball shooting has become a lost art in all levels of basketball. Just turn on a college or professional game to see the number of free throws or open shots that are missed badly. Surely if the best players in the world are missing shots then the lower levels are getting worse. How can this be you might ask? Shooting is a very simple process that nearly every player can master. The problem is not just working harder, although working hard is an important piece of the puzzle.
