Band Censorship
[Are your kids reading, or watching things that are inappropriate for their age when not being supervised?] Maybe, well this were Censorship comes in. It controls the information that are in books, movies, even newspapers. With censorship there will be balance in the society. Censorship needs to come in when kids are reading a lot in and out of school, and is taking home bad behaviors.
For many reasons censorship should be monitored for the learning of our kids in schools. Kids should be watched on what their reading. Many reading materials are not age appropriate and could send out the wrong message if not monitored. Reading materials are designed for learning. Some books might give the children the impression to think it’s ok to ‘ gangbang ‘ when at a young age they might think it’s cool and fun, but don’t know were they could end up. Nevertheless when kids are reading about weapons they can assume it’s alright to bring weapons to school and harm other kids. Therefor books about violence should not be around children. With censorship society would be better.
Aside from the fact that there is negativity in books, there also needs to be safety of the kids. You don’t want your kids reading things and thinking it’s alright and go get hurt. For example, a kid reads about how to make a bomb and goes home to tries to make one and gets hurt. Also if your kids are not reading safe or learning information in school, it should not be their. Younger Children need to be watched when reading non-information texts. This is why censorship need to be apart of schools nationwide.
However parents don’t want their kids reading things they shouldn’t. Some kids get very persuade by what they see or read. THeir parents don’t want them reading about something they don’t want them to know about . such as drugs , race, and religious things. But it would also be good for them to know about it when they get
