Mental depression is a widely spread illness that affects children, teens, and adults,that affects the way they think and act. Its symptoms are sadness,irritability, loss of interest in activities once enjoyed, withdrawal from social activities, inability to concentrate, disrupted sleep, fatigue or loss of energy, appetite changes thoughts of suicide. We should care about this topic because thousands of people suffer from this illness but the children that suffer from this and have to end up taking antidepressant can cause a lot of damage to them and their health in the long run.
