Essay On Affirmative Action Dilemma

In the affirmative action dilemma we are to choose between June Triss and Bob Young for a job. It wasn’t an easy decision but, I would pick Bob Young. To start off, both Triss and Bob are doing very well in life and seem to be on the right track. But as I am reading Triss bio I see she isn’t able to comprehend that well or get along with people. I mean we all have problems hearing someone from time to time but if it’s a high paying job I am going to need you to pay attention and listen and follow the exact instructions I have. I wouldn’t want her to get into a position and she feels lost and stressed out that will bring the work force down. It would also cause a lot of unnecessary drama and I don’t need any drama that would jeopardize my business. Again she has a great resume and work and college history but I don’t need the extra baggage she brings with her to a work place.

Now you see why I didn’t pick Triss to come work for me and again she has great skills and degrees but the attitudes and not able to understand eliminates

He also seems to get along with the workers which is a plus because me being the boss and I come in with a great attitude and friendly positive vibe I would want my managers to follow suit that is one of the reasons Triss was canceled from the position. If my workers don’t feel like they come to you for personal reasons because they feel like you would only bring them down and not care about your problems that would cause them not to care about the job and would cause a bad vibe. I look more into on how you treat coworkers and how people look at you because if you have a bad rep and are causing problems everywhere you go I do not need you to work for my company.
