In my opinion I think that abortion should be illegal. Abortion is a huge issue today in our society today. Many people believe it is evil to kill an unborn child. Abortion can also lead to health complications. Having an abortion carries the risk of not being able to become pregnant. It often leads to unwanted memories, result in stress or depression. The federal Unborn Victims of Violence Act, which was enacted to protect unborn children from assault and murder to anyone that intentionally tries to kill or attempt to kill an unborn baby should be punished. An unborn baby is considered a human. Killing an unborn child should not be okay because if you were to go and kill a human you would get sentenced for murder and it should be treated the same way if you were to kill an unborn baby because it is just like a person and it has feelings too so that's why they should go to prison if they kill a unborn baby. The unborn child should not get punished for a mistakes that were made by adults. If the woman is unprepared for the baby they should at least put them up for adoption. There are many couples out there who cannot have a child of their own for physical reasons. The waiting list for adopting babies could be five to ten years or more. If you are able to have a baby you could make a couple who do not have a child a dream come true for
