The federal Unborn Victims of Violence Act, which was enacted to protect unborn children from assault and murder to anyone that intentionally tries to kill or attempt to kill an unborn baby should be punished. An unborn baby is considered a human. Killing an unborn child should not be okay because if you were to go and kill a human you would get sentenced for murder and it should be treated the same way if you were to kill an unborn baby because it is just like a person and it has feelings too so that's why they should go to prison if they kill a unborn baby.
