Having read through the key accountabilities associated with the Assistant Athletic Director, Compliance position at Dartmouth College, I am confident that I have the career experience and proficiency in monitoring NCAA compliance to excel in this position. The main distinction is that my experience comes in monitoring compliance at the NCAA Division II level. I am not ignorant to of the differences between NCAA compliance legislation between Division I and II levels. However, I am very confident in my ability to be able to interpret and apply compliance legislation. My belief is strengthened by my current responsibilities and career experiences..
