Some may agree with the statement that "Chastity is always right" because they are a Christian and they believe in the teachings of the Bible, one of which states that fornication or pre-marital sex is a sin. Another argument to support this is that God has made the human body to be treated as "his temple" and so should be kept holy. Having sex before marriage would mean that this individual is impure and this would not be pleasing to God. Therefore, they believe that chastity is always right.

If two people are not compatible in bed, then there's a high chance that they won't stay together. If you put off sex until marriage, and then realise that you and your partner are not compatible, then it will lead to unhappiness and infidelity. You and your partner may end up with a divorce. Also, if you try to enforce the rule that chastity is always right, then chances are that nobody will listen to you. Teenagers like breaking rules and if you forbid them to do something, that will make them curious to pursue it. Teenagers are also smart individuals, no matter what the media says. The media portrays teenagers are worthless, lazy scumbags who won’t get off of the internet and spend too much time procrastinating, but they've got it all wrong. Adults have their brain fully developed, and they know who the right person is to lose their virginity to. Teenagers brains are developing, but even they can figure out who the right person is, and who isn't. That's why the legal age of consent in the UK is 16, because they know that teenagers are smart. They're intelligent, kind, and loving. They can differentiate right from wrong, which is why chastity is not always
