Maybe these words I’m writing now are the most spontaneous and honest words I have ever written.
I want to take this PhD position in your esteemed department not only because I had big dreams about my future life. In addition of my intense desire to achieve success as an orthodontist, I have always loved to study in an ancient university, I have the curiosity to discover new Civilizations and learn the Customs and Traditions of other countries. these were my big dreams, now they became the smallest one.
My main concern now is my country Syria. In my opinion, this beautiful country is having the worst war ever happened after the second world war, hundreds of people are killed or become homeless every day, thousands of people have emigrated abroad

I want to have an academic degree so I can have the ability to teach in the Syrian’s dental universities. I also aspire to make kind of scientific relations between the Syrian universities and Europe ones, this is the best way to upgrade science and improve the quality of education in Syria.
I do love orthodontics, and I do love to be the reason that makes my patients laugh more just to show their beautiful smiles, it’s a beautiful art that I want to master. I have tried and still, to keep learning about orthodontics as possible as I can here in Syria. I believe that science is the answer of every problem we face and it’s very important for any country that wants to Become civilized is to depend on the modern science, and my job will be bringing this science to Syria.
In my training period and during the Msc research, I have dealt with cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and I think the future will depend on this technology in the different medical aspects, so I like to keep learning and using CBCT in my upcoming researches.
I know that this required a great commitment and big efforts and I do know that I will do my best in order to achieve my
