I have worked for many years as a pharmacy technician, a field in which I have built a strong background in customer service. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations and inquiries while working within standard policies, procedures, and processes.

I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. I pride myself on having remarkable interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, as well as my ability to multi-task - all have served me very well in my career as a pharmacy technician. I am well versed in various computer applications, and learn new applications quickly and efficiently. I am able to support team goals along with finishing my assigned tasks, which I feel would be a benefit to any position you may be looking to fill.
Apart from working well within a team, I have also held positions in management, and worked as head pharmacy technician. In these roles I have proven myself capable of leading and directing other team members in an efficient manner, as well as my ability to work alone and unsupervised, while staying on-task, and completing assignments given to me both quickly and efficiently. As a supervisor, some of my responsibilities included; hiring, training, scheduling, money handling, implementing new policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency, general problem solving, as well as working side-by-side with pharmacists and other store managers and staff in resolving any of the myriad of other day-to-day concerns that come up in such an
