George Zimmerman had a gun and you seen what he did against a unarmed teen. So am I for or am I against gun law in the state of Texas? I am against the gun the gun law in Texas. I am against the gun law because of the things the gun law could do.
One of the main reasons I do not agree with the Texas gun law because mainly everyone would be allowed to carry guns openly. The reason I believe that this is a problem is because if everyone that is eligible to carry guns has ne then here would be no need for police officers. The reason I say this is because if you are a criminal going around breaking in to peoples houses and cars you would probably start second thinking because you never know who would have a gun to protect them selves. Also I believe that this would trigger police officers to become more aggressive than they already is. The reason that I believe this is true is because if they know that anyone at anytime could have a weapon they are going to be more violent about how they will approach there victims. The reason that I don’t like this is because if a teacher was to have a grudge against a student they could possibly retaliate on that student by shooting them. Also I believe that it could cause conflict between teachers and parents in schools across Texas. But also this could be a good thing because students would start respecting there teachers more knowing that they have a gun in their possession that could kill them at anytime.
