If you have a lot of homework, don’t think about how much you have. Instead, calm down, and take some time to plan out what you will be doing first. This will cause less stress for yourself. Another tip for yourself is to get involved. Getting involved with school activities is a fun way to get together with your friends and have fun. Remember, if you have a lot of things to do after school, to many activities may not be the way to go. This brings me to my next topic of, not spreading yourself too thin. In other words, don’t get involved with so many after school activities that you can’t pack everything into your schedule. Create a schedule that you could follow on a regular basis. Give yourself time to do homework, school activities, out of school sports, and give yourself time to sleep. If you don’t get enough rest, you will be too tired for school, and your busy schedule after school.
