High school years. Personal advice, is advice that is just for yourself. An example of personal advice is for you not to think too over think something. If you have a lot of homework, don’t think about how much you have. Instead, calm down, and take some time to plan out what you will be doing first. This will cause less stress for yourself. If you don’t get enough rest, you will be too tired for school, and your busy schedule after school. This personal advice will help you to not think too much, to get involved with your school, and how to not spread yourself too
