For me, my worst flaw became my need for perfection but also procrastinating. This had soon morphed into a big problem mostly when it came to school projects. It was very natural of me to work on an assignment close to crunch time, but completely stress myself out trying to polish it up to my perfectionist standards. Learning from this weakness showed that in no way was this healthy for me or my grades at school. Though I still have some work to do on fixing this weakness, it has assisted me in realizing that not everything is going to perfect and that you can only give it your best. Obviously, I have also learned that procrastination is not a very smart route to go down no matter what. But with every weakness, there is a strength. My most ambitious strength is my ability to work with anyone and my capacity to lead any group I am positioned in. With work and school, it is inevitable to deal with people that you are not very fond of. Even so, I am always able to push away their not so great personality and focus on getting down what needs done in the friendliest way
