The NFL has four games a year in London, when they have those we have sold out crowds, sold out merchandise, and a ton of money spent on the food. It would be difficult for the players and the media. The players would have to change drastic time zones and they could lose their stuff going for such a long distance. The media would have to play a 6:00 game in London at 10:00 on the West Coast. They would also have to transmit everything overseas and switch it all around for America. The Jacksonville Jaguars are the most likely candidates for switching overseas. This would mean they would punt. Punting is when they kick the ball down the field so that they give the other team the ball, but they just get it farther away than where they are now. This is the same rules for the CFL, except they really only get two chances unless they try to convert on their last try! That sounds insanely hard to do, especially if the CFL has one more person on the field. Therefore, the NFL has more chances and fewer players.…

The NFL needs to improve on how team doctors are evaluating players after injury along with stopping the bribing of players with money. The NFL should also continue its research on concussions and brain/head complications later in life to see how much they are connected. I believe the NFL needs to take charge and implement new policies that can help prevent concussions and gruesome injuries to players. In the future the NFL could make practices safer by eliminating contact drills. They could also reevaluate techniques of tackling and blocking, and rules governing the game.…

Global Effects The Super Bowl utter dominance within the U.S. fails to translate onto the international stage. It is behind a number of sports, such as soccer, rugby, even cricket. It’s American-centric base excludes the rest of the world, as other countries are much more focused on sports where their own people are competing. Even when referring to the sport, one must say “American Football”, rather than just football, as the rest of the world uses that term for soccer.…

Since its conception, the beautiful game of soccer has been a sport played all over the world, played by many ages and admired by all. In Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa, soccer is as big of a deal, if not more, than American football is in the United States.
