This typology fits me fairly well considering my tendencies that I am aware of. Extraversion is a confusing distinction for me because most people that I meet provide feedback signifying that I express introversion. However, on my typology test I scored 21 in extraversion and 6 in introversion. My best guess is that I prefer extraversion, but habitually exhibit the traits of introversion as an attempt to appear more professional. I also feel in the grey area for sensing and intuition even though I scored 17 in sensing and an 8 in intuition.…

Personally, I think my constant strive to be better at what I love to do says a lot about me and shows my determination. My parents have always said the talent will only get you so far and that hard work and dedication is what will get you all the way. Being a part of theater for about 5 years now has also taught me a lot about empathy and working as a team. Learning how to embody and live as someone else for just a little while has made me a more empathetic person outside of the theater and made me more understanding to those who live differently than I do or have different beliefs and values. Rehearsing and performing with the same group of people for 4 weeks to even a few months can bring people quite close.…

As I mentioned I am a reserved person that I select when I will allow myself to be the center of attention and be part of the spotlight. Individuals and their personalities play a very key role in organizational behavior. In order for an organization to function at the highest level of productivity, managers must focus on empowering individuals in order to strengthen the group rather than enforcing autocratic leadership to force the individuals to serve the needs of the group. Even when sharing a smile in context and locking eyes with another actor during a performance, it not only represents a moment in the show, but it morphs into a beautiful and colorful reality for the audience. It is the show that lifts the audience from their closed cocoon and lets them bloom. Now if I told this to anyone who was not invested in the dramatic arts or any form of art, they would probably think I was crazy. But being crazy about theatre, screen acting, and musical theatre is what drives me to love acting and singing, share my talents, and lead others to love the actor inside of them. Quite honestly, I take pride in this craziness and cannot imagine my life without my involvement in acting and theatre.…
