They know how to capture an audience. combined with their ability to easily pick up on mood and motivation, they can communicate with emotion, reason, passion and restraint, depending on what the situation calls for. Also known as talented imitators, They have the natural ability to shift their manner and tone to reflect what their audience needs, without losing their own voice.

Fun
ENFJs have a good sense of humor and are very fun to be with, making them very good company. To maintain the fun, they usually steer clear of people with contradicting ideas or beliefs.

Too selfless
People with ENFJ personality put other’s needs before their own, which is very admirable. The problem is that they tend to go overboard, burying themselves in hopeful promises and in keeping their word. This can result in them spreading themselves too thin and feeling like a major letdown when they fail to help anyone.

Overly idealistic
Unbending and idealistic, it usually comes as a surprise to them that other people dislike them or would disagree with their ideas. Because they're likely to feel pity for this opposition rather than anger, they are often perceived as naive or earn a reputation of naivete.

ENTJ people are realists, in the most basic sense of the word. Not only because their thinking is based upon a clear view of how things actually are in the world around them, but also because their ideas and strategies are structured around those unambiguous, "down to earth", commonsense beliefs which sum up the obvious and undeniable in life. But while ENTJs might be pragmatic about the immediate situation before them, they are scarcely satisfied with it until it can be made more productive, useful or valuable. The ENTJ's reasoning on such matters is always clear and generally unemotional. If action can improve an item or a situation then it ought to be taken, and the ENTJ will always be found in the midst of such action, organizing, planning…

A great leader must be an effective communicator in order to lead a group of people in order to accomplish a goal or vision.…
