Escalated Complaint Loan Alert
When an escalated complaint is received that is a CIT 200 (Executive Complaint), 201 (Legal Complaint), 202 (Regulatory Complaint), 245 (State Complaint), 246 (Congressional Complaint), 247 (Better Business Bureau Complaint), or 743 (CFPB Complaint), a yellow loan alert is added to the loan to identify these types of complaints. To add this alert, go to the CUSTOMER STATUS CODE screen and in the Miscellaneous Codes Section, type a “Y” in the Exec/Legal/Regulatory Complaint field and hit Enter.
