SUBJECT: Errors in Client Recommendation and Suggestions
I discovered some statistical errors when I dou¬¬¬ble-checked the research for the client proposal. If these errors would change our findings and recommendations to the client, we should amend the mistakes immediately. Otherwise, our client may not only suffer substantial losses, but our firm may even lose business. Under these circumstances, I propose three recommendations for us to solve the problem.

Dear Charles,
I apologize for interrupting your busy schedule and thank you in advanced for reading this email. You did such an impressive presentation today that the client seemed satisfied with your recommendations. I respect your efforts on such a huge and difficult project. I am also very content with your being partner of the company after you successfully complete this project.
But there is an urgent circumstance that I want to let you know. I found some mathematical errors which may cast doubts on solutions after I reviewed your research last week, and those errors have not been corrected. The fact is that the main recommendation may not be reliable.
I attach a memo below trying to explain the significance of it. I hope you could check the data again to ensure all of them work well. If you also find errors, please feel free to contact me. I will help you fix the problems to the best of my ability.

Best,
Ice man (Tianjue

Hi Chyanne, I would re-post your unit 8 DB response today so you can get full credit because you posted your post on 6-5. I do agree with you concerning Perry. I agree that he has done nothing wrong because he never changed the way he is handling cases or preparing them even with his original supervising attorney being out of the office. I would say that Perry could later on possible commit a ethical violation if he does something wrong and thew current supervising attorney does not catch it because he is unfamiliar with bankruptcy laws. I feel his supervisor could be breaking Rule 1.1 because Rule 1.1.…

On Monday, October 5th we discussed how we would going about not using your phone to text for 24 hours, so I decided that I would not text from Monday at 11 o’clock until the same time on Tuesday. My immediate thought process was that this assignment was going to be rather challenging because sometimes you just need to text people to remain in contact and coordinate your daily routine. But as I began to think more about it, I realized how easy this task was going to be. All I had to do was not send a text for 24 hours, I could still read and receive text messages and I still had various social media platforms to keep myself entertained.…
