Language arts skills can help me reach my career goals by allowing me to be grammatically correct in my work. Grammar errors can cause confusion to those who are reading your work and can make it difficult for them to understand your writing. Reducing any errors by proofreading is important in a medical facility. Spelling mistakes can have severe consequences. If your physician asks you to write a prescription, some medications can have a one letter difference. You could potentially write a prescription for the wrong medication, which in turn, will be harmful to the patient.
I agree that language skills can help you in a competitive program, such as nursing. In the office, it will make you look more professional amongst your team. It will also
