Ernest T.: My Motivation For Education

Ernest T. is motivated to earn his education because his girlfriend told him she doesn't want to associate with him until he gets an education. This makes Ernest T. ask Andy for help because he doesn't want to lose the love of his life. Andy " The Sheriff" helps him out along the way by getting him a spot in a fifth grade class. Andy also personally teaches him arithmetic, geography, reading and spelling. In the end Ernest T. gets his diploma for what he had learned causing him to be very happy because he achieved his goal.

My motivation for getting my education is my outlook on my future. As I think about what I want to achieve later in life as far as work and income go, I want to get a good paying job to support my family.
