Illegal prostitution is believed to be one of the biggest issue in the US. Nevada is the only state where prostitution is considered legal in the whole country of America. Some people like Erin Fuchs believe that there are major benefits if prostitution was legal in the u.s. In her “Business Insider” Article, she disputed why prostitution should be legal and she gave seven reasons why. She believes that if prostitution was legal then it would “reduce violence against women”. She explains when prostitutes are attacked “They are reluctant to call the cops since what they are doing is illegal”.
