Role confusion is usually a feeling of unsure of what the individuals really want, what the individuals want to be in the future, and what the individuals believe. Teenagers also experience confusion when they are finding who they really are, their personal identity. For example, one minute they are nice and sweet, one minute they become rude, moody and wild. Sometimes, their dreams career changes too, for instance, last week they were inspired by a teacher to become a teacher when they grow up. But today, they found something that are more interesting and inspirational so they decided to change their dreams. Depressed or stress can cause teens to have memory problems, inability to concentrate, only seeing the negative ones, constant worrying about themselves or other people. It can also affect their physical such as having diarrhea or constipation, chest pain, nausea, dizziness or even loss of sex drive. Other than that, it can affect the individuals behaviour such as eating less or more, sleeping too much or too little, Isolating themselves from others, procrastinating or neglecting responsibilities. Even some of them start using alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs to relax. Being an adolescence is not just about physical puberty but also the mind is learning to be mature too. Physical puberty for male would be deepened voice, height increases and so on. While female would be having menstruation, boobs enlarge and more. Certain teenagers would feel isolated or anxiety while facing the stage of adolescence. For instance, they worry about the little things, worry about what others or society think of them. However, their personality when they were a teenager is not the real personality, basically, teenagers try out everything to find out their true personality.
