On 2/21/17 caller Janae, called George Robles back. She went into details, regarding her allegation against Erika Barker (operations manager) Janae is stating that Erika’s personality is very hard to work or get along with, she is also saying that she is not the only employee that feels this way about Erika. Janae explains that in 2/2/ 17 she approached Erika for some assistance on the dock that required more than one forklift driver. The shipment was part of a three shipment that was exceeding ten feet long and required assistance since they had a combined weight of over three thousand pounds.
