On 12/10 I called and spoke with Sandra Golston, the aunt of Jakayla. Ms. Golston said her niece has only been going to the operation for a short period of time, but unsure exactly. Ms. Golston said she has had three different incidents regarding the operation and is very concern for the safety of her nieces there. Ms. Golston stated she had went to pick both her nieces up from the daycare and when she got to the front to sign them out, there names were not listed on the sign in sheets.
