Many families try to teach their children at a young age about their heritage and culture, in hope that they will carry on traditions. It is our relatives, whether it be our parents, siblings, or cousins that have a huge impact on who we become, what traditions we follow, and what leisure activities we like to be part of. Eric Kruschke, who is a junior here at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, was born into a family of bakers. Some even own their own bakeries, one being in Glencoe, Minnesota. By Eric’s family having an intense love for baking, he was destined to experience that same shared love for baking sometime in his life.
