One won’t forget it so one can’t really forgive it. When one remembers what happened it may hurt them even more. If someone gets mad about what they just remembered they might take it out on whoever cause the problem. For example someone was being rude to the person that they already hurt, the person they hurt might remember what they did and take it back out on them. Some people say that you can just forgive and forget. Which is understandable for something that maybe wasn’t that bad. However, it’s not always going to be easy to forgive and forget. People also say let it go in one ear and out the other but one really can’t. Most kids get told by their parents to let it go in one ear and out the other but one can’t forget something that hurt them more than a little.
In the end you will forgive but it may take some time. Most say forgive and forget, but it will never be that simple unless they give you lots of money. Not everything but somethings are hard to forgive. Things are also hard to forget, and if one can’t forgive one can’t forget. “Forgiveness is the best form of love. It takes a strong person to say sorry and an even stronger person to forgive.” –
