Eric Asimov did a ‘study’ on the top lite beers. Eric is a wine and food taster for The New York Times. Despite wine being different from beer it is still alcohol. With his ‘study’ he was able to come to conclusion on what he thought was the number one lite beer. In Eric’s article he doesn’t state where he got the list for the top ten lite beers in America, but he bases his evaluation on it. I also don’t know what he based his evaluations off of other than his own personal experience in the wine tasting field. However, he still manages to get his point across with his evaluations. It must have been slightly different for him to go from tasting wine, which has a lot of taste, to tasting lite beer, which has no taste.
