Before we can make a summary about Ergonomics is.We should first look at a definition to understand what it means in the general .According to Sanders and McCormick (1993) Ergonomics is "discovers and applies information about behaviour ,abilities, limitations, and other characteristics to the design of tools, machines, task, jobs, and environments for productive, safe, comfortable, and effective human use ." When ergonomics isn't applied to the job. Employees will be injured when working in an industrial industry .in the cases of computers the person may experience pain and discomfort an because of this pain and discomfort the employee may not be as productive as they should be and not getting their work done ,it causes a domino effect. Productivity stats to lack and there for the company loses money because of people being absent from work ,because of them experiencing fatigue and by this one employee not being able to do their job it effects others .

Make sure your document holder is at the right height and that you have the correct chair. Make sure you are relaxed when you're sitting down ,make sure about the angle of you elbow, knees and your hips. Make sure you chair is adjusted correctly to your
