About Ercot
Ercot means Electric Reliability Council of Texas. It manages power flow in Texas for about twenty four million customers making it the major carrier of the electric load of the state. It plays a major role in scheduling power load on the grid for about 550 generating units and the transmission lines over 43000 miles. It is a nonprofit organization governed by board of directors with a group of members forming a committee .it is subjected to oversight by Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Legislature of Texas . Ercot is located in Austin and Taylor. . It performs operations under Public Utility commission of Texas (PUCT). All the suppliers retail consumers, investor-owned

All disputes shall be conducted pursuant to the procedures outlined in the TDSP tariffs, unless otherwise provided for in the TDSP tariff.

The problems caused due to delays in processing the transaction to prevent service interruptions of a process to provide continuous service.
Transition Process
The goal of the transition process is to transfer responsibility for all affected Electric Service Identifiers while abiding by all Applicable Legal Authority requirements
Estimated Meter Readings
When TDSP removes an active meter due to safety or violation of electrical code issues , the TDSP may provide estimated meter reads after the meter has been removed
Interval Data Recorder Meter Removal and Installation Process
Out-flow Energy from Distributed Generation Facilities
Advanced Meter Interval Data File Format and Submission Business Processes and Communications Related to Meter Tampering
Business Processes and Communications for Switch Holds Related to Deferred Payment Plans
